Experiencing the Holy Spirits Power:
A. Trust in the Lord with all your heart--I can't trust a God I don't know. I can't know a God I don't seek.
B. Do not lean on your own understanding-- We should seek wisdom. My wisdom Doesn't override God.
C. In all your ways Acknowledge Him- There is no where I can go that God isn't there. Walk as if God is with me.
D. He will make your paths straight--He removes the obstacles. He redirects you to the right path. He makes the wrong path right.
Prov 3:5-6
We can't avoid the valleys of life, but no need to walk thru it alone. Jesus is waiting for you to call on him.

Want to be more like JESUS? Spend time with him in his word (the Bible) and in prayer. Here is a good example. If you leave metal on a magnet long enough it will take on magnet qualities. The more time we spend with Jesus the more we become like him. There is not better life, than with Jesus. Don't miss out on our Saviors Love.

The Christian life is not a parking lot; it is a launching pad! It is not enough just to be born again; we must also grow spiritually (2 Peter 3:18) and make progress in our walk. In Hebrews 12:2, Jesus is called “the Pioneer [author] … of our faith,” which suggests that He leads us into new experiences that test our faith and help it to grow.

Thank you God for the Why Church. I've been a Christian for about 30 years now but I have had my times when I got somewhat off track. That's where I was when I found the Why Church and the people here are really God's family and that's what I needed to stay grounded again in obedience to our Lord.

Yesterday, God answered pray and I was able to find a person named Ron who is someone who desperately needs to see and feel the love of God in his life. Which just so happens to be one of the wonderful qualities of the Why Church

The Bible is so full of nuggets. Proverbs 4: Security in Wisdom. Let your heart retain my words. (wisdom & understanding) and the years of your life will be many. Reading your bible gives you his word to ponder during the day. No better joy in life, than walking daily with our Savior Jesus Christ.

This week God gave me the privdledge of being used by Him. My encounter was very simular to the Parable of the Good Samaritan.
During my encounter my heart was broken and I cried out God help me be the good samaritian to this man
Jesus said: “A man was going down from Jerusalem to Jericho, when he was attacked by robbers. They stripped him of his clothes, beat him and went away, leaving him half dead. 31 A priest happened to be going down the same road, and when he saw the man, he passed by on the other side. 32 So too, a Levite, when he came to the place and saw him, passed by on the other side. 33 But a Samaritan, as he traveled, came where the man was; and when he saw him, he took pity on him. 34 He went to him and bandaged his wounds, pouring on oil and wine. Then he put the man on his own donkey, brought him to an inn and took care of him. 35 The next day he took out two denarii[c] and gave them to the innkeeper. ‘Look after him,’ he said, ‘and when I return, I will reimburse you for any extra expense you may have.’
36 “Which of these three do you think was a neighbor to the man who fell into the hands of robbers?”
